The Greenwood Running Company meets twice a week - on Wednesdays and Sundays. Most of our routes are in the Greenwood and Kingston area.

All of our runs have a casual atmosphere where you can enjoy the company of your running partners at a pace that you feel comfortable with! No one runs alone here! Although we meet and run as a group, each runner is responsible for his or her own safety, training and personal running goals. |
Wednesday runs:
Our mid-week runs will be at different paces, distances and routes depending on who shows up. If there's enough interest, we could plan for speed training or hill repeats on Wednesdays to help us run faster and to increase our endurance and stamina. (Hill repeats would take place near the outdoor pools on base, right across from the Apple Bowl.) To set up a date for speed training or hill repeats, email us at [email protected].

Sunday runs:
Our weekend runs will be at different paces, distances and routes depending on who shows up. Our running routes range from 5K, 10K, 15K and 20K.
Our usual meeting time and place on Sundays is:
When: Every Sunday @ 9:30 am

Although we meet as a group to support one another, please keep in mind that all training is self-directed. Run at your own pace and ability.
